1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bh44 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bh44 website located at https://bh44.app and all associated services, products, and features made available through it.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, depositing funds, placing any wager, or using any feature of the bh44 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 1.1 Governing Language

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Bonus Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bh44 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements between you and bh44, whether oral or written.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

3. Account Registration

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bh44 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bh44 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be treated as having been conducted by you, unless you have previously notified bh44 of a security breach in writing.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

5. Betting Rules and Void Markets

All bets placed on the bh44 sportsbook are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules that may be published in the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by bh44. A bet is not confirmed until the platform has issued a unique bet reference number and the bet appears in your account's bet history. bh44 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including in cases where odds were displayed in error, where the event has already commenced, or where the account is under investigation.

5.2 Void Bets and Cancelled Events

A bet will be declared void and the stake returned to the player's account balance in the following circumstances: the relevant event is cancelled or abandoned before the result is determined; the odds displayed at the time of bet placement were the result of a manifest technical error; the event is not completed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time (except for cricket matches, which are governed by sport-specific interruption rules); or bh44 determines, in its sole discretion, that the integrity of the market has been compromised.

5.3 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

Cricket is bh44's primary sportsbook product. The following specific rules apply to all cricket markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, ODI series, and Test matches:

• Match betting markets require a minimum number of overs to be bowled for bets to stand. For T20 matches, a minimum of 5 overs per side must be completed. For ODI matches, a minimum of 20 overs per side must be completed.
• In the event of a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) result, all match-winner bets on completed matches will stand. In-play bets placed after a rain interruption begins may be voided at bh44's discretion.
• Player performance markets (top scorer, top wicket-taker, man of the match) require the relevant player to take part in the match for bets to stand. If a named player does not bat or bowl due to injury or team selection, bets on that player's individual markets will be voided.
• Live in-play markets are updated in real time. Due to the nature of live betting, bh44 reserves the right to suspend markets at any time during play. Bets already confirmed at the time of market suspension will stand.

5.4 Maximum Payout

bh44 applies maximum payout limits per event and per market type. The applicable maximum payout for any single bet or accumulator is displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement. In the event that a winning bet exceeds the stated maximum payout, the maximum payout figure shall apply and the excess will not be paid. bh44 reserves the right to adjust maximum payout limits at any time.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

bh44 operates a range of promotional offers for both new and existing players. All bonuses issued by bh44 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by bh44 — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets — are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion terms at the time the offer is made. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement using real-money bets at the minimum odds specified before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

bh44 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonus funds, possible suspension of the player's account, and — where applicable — recovery of any winnings derived from abusive activity:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once.
• Coordinated bonus claiming across a group of players using shared payment methods or device identifiers.
• Placing low-risk, high-coverage bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk to the player (commonly known as "bonus hedging").
• Using bonus funds exclusively on games with a high contribution rate while deliberately avoiding eligible games.

6.3 Bonus Validity

All bonuses carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the bonus expiry date, the bonus and any winnings associated with it will be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is the player's responsibility to check the validity period of each bonus before accepting it.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bh44 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities.

7.1 Fraud and Collusion

You must not engage in any form of fraud, cheating, or collusion on bh44. This includes but is not limited to: using software, bots, or automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform; sharing inside information to gain an unfair advantage on sports betting markets; colluding with other players to manipulate casino game outcomes; and providing false information to customer support in connection with a dispute or withdrawal request.

7.2 Money Laundering

You must not use the bh44 platform for any money laundering activity. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using bh44 as a vehicle to transfer or conceal the origin of funds is a serious criminal offence in Bangladesh and internationally. bh44 will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations into suspected money laundering activity on the platform.

7.3 Technical Exploitation

You must not attempt to exploit any technical vulnerability, software error, or pricing error on the bh44 platform for financial gain. This includes deliberately placing bets on markets where odds have been published in error (sometimes called "palpable errors") and attempting to exploit latency in live in-play odds updates. Any winnings derived from the exploitation of technical errors may be voided at bh44's discretion.

7.4 Abusive Behaviour

You must treat bh44's customer support team and other platform users with respect at all times. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language directed at support agents or other users — whether via live chat, email, or any other channel — will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

bh44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to do so. The following circumstances may give rise to account suspension or closure.

8.1 Suspension by bh44

bh44 may suspend your account pending investigation if: your account is flagged by our fraud detection systems; we receive a credible report that your account has been compromised; your account shows unusual transaction patterns consistent with money laundering; you fail to complete KYC verification within the stated timeframe; or you are found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms.

During a suspension, you will not be able to deposit, place bets, or withdraw funds. bh44 will endeavour to resolve suspension investigations within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate with you via your registered email address throughout the process.

8.2 Permanent Closure by bh44

bh44 may permanently close your account without refund of deposited funds if: it is determined that you have engaged in fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse; you are found to be under the age of 18; you have opened multiple accounts in violation of these Terms; or your account is associated with criminal activity. In cases of permanent closure for cause, bh44 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending the outcome of any relevant investigation or legal proceedings.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your bh44 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary closure request, bh44 will confirm your identity and ensure that any outstanding wagering requirements tied to active bonuses are noted. Any withdrawable balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe. Voluntary account closures do not preclude you from re-registering in the future, unless the closure was made as a permanent self-exclusion request.

8.4 Self-Exclusion
